A Palestinian woman from Gaza Strip who gave birth to four premature babies in Israel returned to Gaza Strip on Wednesday September 3 2008. The Palestinian woman named Helwah (Means: Pretty in Arabic) arrived to the medical center in Israel three months ago in purpose to receive a special medical treatment to delay an early labor of the four babies. As time passed, her charming personality created a close relationship between her and the Israel medical team and as her husband could not get out from Gaza strip because of the security problem on the border she found comfort, love and care from the Israelis. A few days before she gave birth the team found toxic had been developing and the head of obstetrics and gynecology department Prof. Eyal Antebi decided to operate Helwah immediately and had to take out the four babies urgently. Today she brings home with her to Gaza Strip, all four babies, two boys and two girls safely. Photo by Rafael Ben-Ari/Chameleons Eye.
