ISRAEL MEDICAL AND SECURITY CREW PREPARE FOR THE NEXT MASS ROCKET ATTACK

Israeli Medical teams in Barzilai Hospital, Ashkelon city in South Israel are practicing a mass casualty scenario in Ashkelon city caused by a rocket attack on the city on Tuesday February 26, 2008. Hundreds of Medical staff in Ashkelon\'s hospital staged a rocket attack and suicide bomber exercise, simulating varied attacks in an operation meant to demonstrate lessons security, rescue forces and medical personnel including doctors, surgons, and emergency crew previously learnt. In the one-day operation, which involved hundreds of staff from the hospital were to respond to a mass simulated emergency situation where many civilians were wounded from the rocket attack.
