Residents of Sderot in southern Israel are enjoying to be able to buy fruit from the street markets during the ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian militant groups on Friday June 20, 2008. An Egyptian-proposed ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian militant groups in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip came into effect at 0600 on Thursday June 19, 2008.
