IDF SOLDIERS STRETCHER JOURNEY

Israeli Soldiers from the Givati Unit carry a \"wounded\" soldier during their stretcher journey in Southern Israel on Thursday 26 July 2007. This journey is the Israeli Armies\' symbol for building character and team work. The aim of the journey is to exercise a scenario of carrying a wounded soldier lasting anywhere between 70-120km depending on the army unit. Every soldier needs to take turns in carrying the wounded soldier to build the units team work and trust in each other during combat time. Photo by Rafael Ben-Ari/Chameleons Eye.
