Israeli court upholds ex-presidents sex case dealEx-president's, Moshe Katsav - Israel's Supreme Court upheld a plea bargain on Tuesday Feb 26, 2008 under which former president Moshe Katsav will avoid rape charges or jail time in exchange for admitting lesser sexual crimes against women employees. Women's rights groups had appealed to the court to throw out the deal.
