Israel Labor Party Primaries CancelledIsrael Labor Party Primaries Cancelled on Thousday Nov 2 2008.The Labor Party cancelled its primary Tuesday after many polling stations experienced serious technical problems in the new touch-screen voting system.Stations across the country complained of technical glitches in the new system that replaced paper ballots.
