Barack Obama elected 44th presidentBarack Obama was elected 44th president on Tuesday, Nov 5 2008. Sderot resident, Mr Pinchas Amar who met Barack Obama on his visit to Sderot, Israel in his destroyed home that was hit by a Kassam rocket last July, is very happy for Obama to be elected President of the United States today and he is hoping that Barack Obama will keep his promise and invite him and his family to the White House and to bring peace to Sderot and Israel.
